Privacy Policy

Denerf Studio (003751888-X) is a design and software studio in Malaysia. This policy covers denerf.studio and its pages, including the Warden product page. Questions about it go to [email protected].

What you send us. When you contact us by WhatsApp or email, we receive your name, number or address and whatever you write. The site has no forms and no accounts, so this is the only personal information we hold about you.

How the site is used. With analytics and advertising tags enabled, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel set cookies that record pages viewed, the ad or link you arrived from, your device and browser type, and whether you tapped a contact button. They do not tell us who you are.

To reply to you and prepare a quote or demo; to understand which pages and ads bring people who get in touch, so we spend less on the ones that do not; and to show our ads to people who have visited before. We do not sell your information.

WhatsApp (Meta) and our email provider carry the messages you send. Google and Meta receive the analytics and advertising data above under their own privacy policies. We share nothing else unless the law requires it.

You can block or clear cookies in your browser, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and manage ad personalisation in your Google and Meta account settings. The site works fully without these cookies.

We keep messages for as long as we are talking or working together, and for up to seven years after a project for our business records. Analytics data is kept for the period set by Google and Meta.

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email [email protected] and we will reply within 21 days.
