Warmth ages wine too fast; dry air shrinks corks and lets oxygen in.
Warden alerts you on WhatsApp the moment it leaves the range.
Warden · Environment & stock intelligence
Live temperature, humidity and door monitoring with instant alerts, plus stock and location tracking mapped to your real shelves.
Pharmacy · Clinics · Server rooms · Archives · Cold rooms · Wine cellars
01 · The kit
Wireless sensors, one hub and an on-site controller. No rewiring, no servers to look after. We set it up and hand you the keys.
02 · On the wall
The climate sensor reports temperature and humidity through the hub to the on-site controller, and the wall display shows it in the room. If the internet drops, the display keeps running.
03 · Door alarm
The moment the door opens, the wall display flags it in red. Leave it open for two minutes and the hub beeps in the room, so whoever is nearby can close it.
04 · WhatsApp alerts
The same alarm lands on WhatsApp for the people on duty. Nothing to install, and nobody has to be in the room.
05 · Live status
Temperature, humidity and door status update live in the Warden app. Close the door and you watch the alarm clear.
06 · History
Look back over the day, week or month. Every alert is kept too: when it started, when it was resolved and how many people were told.
07 · Your room, mapped
Every rack, row and slot in the app matches one in the room.
ExampleShown here as a wine cellar. Layout, item types and fields are customised to your business.
08 · Search → Locate → Light up
The slot lights up on the map, and the indicator light in the room switches on to guide you there.
09 · Built around your stock
Same map, same search, same alerts — with your items, your fields and your categories.
10 · Built around your room
Not every room is a grid. We read your floor plan wall by wall, bay by bay, and build the app around it, so the map on your phone is the room you stand in.
11 · Any room
Same kit, same app — set up around what you keep and the conditions it needs.

Who it's for
Warden is for any business where a room that gets too warm, too damp or is left open costs money: pharmacies, clinics, server rooms, archives and museums, F&B cold rooms and wine cellars.

Medicine store rooms & dispensaries

Vaccine & sample fridges

Heat & humidity before hardware fails

Paper, art & collections

F&B stores & kitchens

Private cellars & wine lounges
Why it matters
Because the damage happens quietly. A fridge drifts out of range overnight, a store room gets damp after a long weekend, a door is left ajar after a delivery. Warden watches the room around the clock and tells the right people the moment something changes, while there is still time to act.
A single spoiled batch of vaccines, a cellar of corked wine or a failed server costs far more than monitoring the room that holds it.
Most rooms are empty at night and over weekends. Alerts reach a phone wherever the person on duty is.
A door left open is one of the fastest ways a cold or controlled room drifts. The door sensor times it, the hub sounds in the room and WhatsApp follows.
Every reading and every alert is kept, so you can show what happened, when it was noticed and how it was resolved.

How it works
Wireless climate and door sensors, a hub, an on-site controller, a wall display and an indicator light. Battery sensors mean no rewiring.
Readings flow to the on-site controller and the wall display in the room. Monitoring keeps running on your local network, even when the internet drops.
WhatsApp alerts, live status, history and stock locations in the web app, on any phone or computer.

Featured project
We designed and built the monitoring, alerting and stock system Wineslounge runs on: wireless sensors, an on-site controller, wall displays and a web app for the whole team.
FAQ
Warden is a room monitoring and stock-location system by Denerf Studio. Wireless sensors track temperature, humidity and door status, an on-site controller shows live readings on a wall display, and a web app sends WhatsApp alerts, keeps the history and maps your stock to your real shelves.
Warden is for any business where a room that gets too warm, too damp or is left open costs money: pharmacies, clinics, server rooms, archives and museums, F&B cold rooms and wine cellars.
When a reading leaves the range you set, a sensor goes offline or a door stays open too long, Warden sends a WhatsApp message to the people you choose. In the room, the hub sounds an alarm when the door is left open.
Monitoring does: the sensors, hub, on-site controller and wall display run on your local network, so the room keeps showing live readings during an outage. WhatsApp alerts, the door alarm and remote access need an internet connection, and resume when it returns.
Most wine keeps best at 12–14 °C and 60–70 % relative humidity, away from light and vibration. Keeping it steady matters as much as the number, so Warden alerts you when either drifts out of the range you set.
2–8 °C is the standard range for refrigerated medicines and vaccines. Warden watches the fridge or store room around the clock and alerts staff on WhatsApp the moment it leaves the range.
Yes. The Warden web app keeps item-level stock and maps every rack, row and slot to your real shelves. Search for an item and its slot lights up on the map, and the indicator light in the room guides you to it.
Yes. We draw your floor plan into the app, including curved walls, mixed shelf types and drawers, so every slot in the app matches one in the room. Plain rectangular racks work as they are.
Most rooms are installed and online within a day. The sensors are wireless and battery powered, so there is no rewiring.
No. The on-site controller is included and set up by us, and the web app is hosted for you. The room needs power and Wi-Fi.
No. Warden is a monitoring and alerting tool that keeps a full reading history you can refer to, but it is not a certified or calibrated compliance system. If your regulator requires calibrated instruments or validated records, tell us and we will advise.
